Pearline “Pearl” Cummings (Lady P!)

Pearline “Pearl” Cummings, also known as Lady P!, is an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager and Paralegal with more than 25 years of combined experience in the insurance and legal industries. Her background as a former Property Damage and Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster provides her with strong investigative insight and skilled negotiation abilities, helping attorneys and clients achieve successful claim resolutions.

Pearl also gained valuable experience while working with the Internal Revenue Service as an Identity Theft Representative, where she developed a keen eye for detail and built lasting professional relationships.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources and has further enhanced her expertise by obtaining a Paralegal Certificate as part of her continuing education.

In addition to her legal work, Pearl is a commissioned Notary Public (since 2013) and has been a real estate investor since 2005, with a passion for helping struggling mothers find opportunities for a fresh start.

Outside of the office, Pearl is a proud mother and grandmother. She has one son and two beautiful grandchildren, whom she loves deeply and would “fly to the moon and back” for.
