Shalondra Grandberry Pickford is the founder and managing attorney of Pickford Law, a boutique firm serving clients throughout Tennessee and Arkansas. Her practice focuses on Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI), Veterans’ Disability, and personal injury cases involving car and trucking accidents.

Attorney Pickford is known for her strategic, results-driven approach and her unwavering commitment to advocating for individuals who deserve to be heard. Prior to founding Pickford Law in 2017, Attorney Pickford practiced at one of Memphis’ most prominent Social Security disability firms. She later expanded her experience at a personal injury firm, where she oversaw the Social Security practice area while also representing clients in personal injury claims. Before entering private practice, she worked as a Claims Representative with the Social Security Administration, handling both Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims.

This firsthand, inside knowledge of the system gives her a distinct advantage when advocating for her clients.

As a self-described Teaching Attorney, Attorney Pickford is passionate about breaking down complex legal processes into clear, understandable guidance.
